Inside some of the largest financial and data analytics institutions in the world, Alec led delivery across a $50M+ enterprise technology portfolio: 3+ Agile teams, 50+ technical professionals, and global delivery teams, producing a 160% productivity improvement in 7 months and over $10 billion in operational efficiencies and business value.
His flagship build: an enterprise AI sanctions-screening solution for financial crime compliance, led through the full product lifecycle from requirements and ideation to enterprise delivery in about 90 days. The system automated work previously requiring about 180 employees, roughly $14.4M a year in labor-cost equivalent.
Outside the enterprise, he builds in public: Autonomous AI, a fully autonomous AI-powered operating system for solopreneurs; The AI Strategist Academy, which has trained 1,050+ AI specialists; and The Alec Diaz Show. His team's AI basketball coach was voted the #1 idea at the Orlando Magic Innovation Challenge and earned a shout-out from Grant Hill.
I was sitting in a stand-up when a chart went up showing a department of about 180 people disappearing, replaced by an AI product I had helped build.
I sat with that for a long time. The technology was never going to slow down for anybody, and the people who understood it were only ever going to be asked to point it at bigger targets.
So I switched sides. I took what I had learned building AI for banks and started putting it in the hands of the owners who actually need it, at a size where it creates capacity instead of taking it away. I have built the systems that changed how the biggest companies operate, and I know how to shrink them to fit a business your size.

Alec is an AI speaker and workshop facilitator at universities and schools across the country, including UCF AI Day, NSBE engagements, Career Day, and “AI in the Workplace” panels. He created the “AI Business in 1 Hour” bootcamp. He has delivered 100+ technical presentations and demonstrations and trained enterprise teams on automation frameworks.
